Regional Initiatives

Regional Initiatives are a key component of AWS. Regional Initiatives offer a mechanism for stakeholders around the world to provide input and help develop water stewardship standards and advance water stewardship at the regional level.  The following institutions are working with a range of partners to coordinate regional initiatives:

Australia—Water Stewardship Australia

Latin America and Caribbean—Water Center for Latin America and the Caribbean

US/Canada—Milwaukee Water Council

Africa—Water Witness International and International Water Management Institute

Asia—Under development

Middle East—Under development
